Halen Brands, Inc. is a privately held operating company founded in January 2015 by Jason Cohen and Leigh Feuerstein. We focus on the management of consumer packaged goods, with an emphasis in the food segment.

Our team has an established track record of conceptualizing and delivering our own new innovation products to market. With over 15 years of experience as new product leaders, we have co-created top selling food brands in specialty and better-for-you spaces.
Invest in high-growth potential companies.
We nurture existing privately held consumer product companies by actively partnering with their management team. We provide a la carte services such as multi-channel sales team, broker networks, marketing/design, operations/co-packers and more.
Outright purchase of brands.
We acquire high-quality, on-trend, niche products in the fastest growing market segments. We vet the product with considerations such as mass appeal, distribution capacity, and top line revenue. Once due diligence is complete, we quickly deploy a sales and distribution strategy to grow sales rapidly and profitably.

We are deep rooted in customer relationships across major distribution channels, as well as with top ingredient and food technology companies. Over the years, our team has received new trend insights and concept ideas from a network of highly influential purchasing managers and distributors. Unlike other companies that develop products first and then hope for support, we have a reputation of advanced buyer and product backing. We produce goods with customer orders in queue, provide R&D from leading suppliers, and assist in the pre-selling of products into their respective channels.
